Minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium
Proficiency in Selenium and Java

Good to have: Playwright experience
Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies
Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Ability to write clear and concise documentation for application features

Willingness to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week

Responsibilities

Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle
Develop end-to-end testing strategies using business and functional knowledge, quality processes, and methodologies
Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate, and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
