Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in pharmaceutical, engineering, science (macromolecule & material preferred) or related field
2 years or above in-process control professional experience at pharmaceutical, medical device, food or equivalent area
Able to work and communicate well with other departments' personnel (team spirit and good communication skills)
Good command of English reading and writing
Willing to work shifts

Responsibilities

Supervise operations to comply with requirements of GMP & ISO (and SOP)
Set up limit sample and validated product criteria (include sample plan & sample size)
Monitor the control of in-process and validation process to ensure effectiveness
Responsible for the control of NCR handling and non-conformance product to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement of in-process
Responsible for training & qualification management of on-line inspector
Ensure and work in compliance with all EHS aspects
On-line GMP, ISO and SOP audit to ensure production process complies with requirements
Final product AQL inspection to ensure finished goods’ quality compliance
Coordinate exceptions in process to assure effective quality system
Coordinate change/validation and online improvement
