Analytical skills for evaluating filter effectiveness and proposing improvements
Ability to develop instructions and procedures for work processes
Knowledge of quality performance indicators and their analysis
Commitment to ensuring client safety during process deviations
Experience with PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to address failures
Adherence to work procedures and POS (Process Operating Specifications)
Supervision and coordination of floor-level surveillance routines
Skills in developing personnel development plans in collaboration with HR
Participation in training for Aptiv personnel (supervisors, auditors, technicians)
Understanding of pre-planning procedures (Board definition, ROB definition, P4A's, PFMEA)
Ability to manage team versatility and workload monitoring
Commitment to quality standards
Awareness of environmental, hygiene, and safety regulations
Ability to report incidents related to health, safety, and the environment

Responsibilities

Studying, interpreting, and applying specific client requirements
Piloting the problem-solving approach
Ensuring product requirement compliance and having the authority to halt production and shipment
Communicating with clients and ensuring timely feedback while upholding client expectations
Monitoring VOP/VOC indicators and alerting to risks or deviations, leading multidisciplinary efforts to restore the situation
Participating in APQP passage phases
Participating in system release meetings and alerting to non-feasibility
Participating in AMDEC process analysis meetings
Participating in feasibility study meetings
Developing, implementing, and monitoring surveillance plans
Defining and ensuring the availability of resources to monitor the process
Constituting and communicating client PPAP dossiers
Participating in internal audits and tracking follow-up actions
Training and coaching supervisors/quality auditors
Leading problem-solving groups following client or internal complaints and tracking implemented actions, reporting using 8D methodologies
Preparing client audits, developing, and tracking action plans
Analyzing filter effectiveness and proposing improvements
Developing instructions and procedures for work processes
Maintaining up-to-date qualitative performance indicators. Analyzing indicator levels and proposing actions
Ensuring client safety during process deviations
Supervising the product audit
