Requirements

Proven experience in a quality control, inspection, or testing role within a manufacturing or electrical assembly environment
Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and Bills of Material (BOMs)
Demonstrated proficiency in verifying electrical wiring and component placement against technical specifications
Familiarity with standard quality control processes and documentation practices
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Verify assembled electrical products, including wiring, components, and overall electrical systems, against detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and Bills of Material (BOM)
Ensure all products rigorously adhere to established company quality standards, work instructions, and industry regulations
Accurately record inspection results, clearly document any non-conformities or deviations, and complete all required quality control checklists and forms
Work closely with the Assembly, Production, and Engineering teams to communicate quality issues, assist in root cause analysis, and drive resolution
Halt the production process immediately if critical quality or safety issues are identified, ensuring no defective product proceeds to the testing phase
