This role will work out of The Collectors Vault at our New Castle, DE office.
Responsibilities include training new hires on procedures, auditing inbound packages for quality compliance, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, assisting with exception orders, acting as liaison between operations and customer care, and investigating customer complaints.
The position schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00am - 5:30pm.
Strong candidates will have experience in quality control, auditing, training others on procedures, spreadsheet management and data manipulation, and handling customer complaints in an operations environment.
