Requirements

B.Sc. Chemistry with five years experience OR M.Sc in Analytical / Inorganic chemistry with three years experience
Process knowledge of chemical testing, analytical work, basic troubleshooting, method preparation/validation, handling and calibration of instruments like HPLC, GC, ICP, GCMS etc
Good communication, presentation skills & solution-oriented approach
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety Standards, ISO/NABL standards 17025 and 17034
Self-awareness of Safety and Quality compliance

Responsibilities

Carry out analysis on analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, ICP, GCMS etc
Analyse and interpret analytical data based on customer requirements using Windows-based tools
Maintain and carry out chemical analysis based on ISO/NABL standards 17025 and 17034
Ensure good laboratory practice in Quality control lab
Perform analysis and reporting of raw materials, packing materials, finished products, in-process and routine analysis
Prepare volumetric solutions, reagents, buffer solutions, indicators and maintain records
Perform standardization of volumetric solutions
Prepare Quality control SOP’s
Adhere to Safety and Quality compliance norms
