Good theoretical basis on HPLC or analytical chemistry
Proficient in operating mainstream HPLC systems and testing methods
Able to analyze and identify chromatographic issues independently and propose solutions
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and Office software
Able to communicate technically with global teams (multinational teams)
Over 3 years QC or Quality management experience
Skilled in communication and team work

Responsibilities

Responsible for the performance testing and evaluation of chromatographic columns
Regularly consolidate test data, perform trend analysis, and provide data support for the improvement of production processes
Assist in the preparation and updating of SOPs, quality standards, and related technical documents for chromatographic column testing, and provide necessary test records and documents for internal and external audits
Work closely with Global, production, R&D, and after-sales application support departments to investigate the causes of HPLC internal and external issues and track the resolution
Responsible for daily improvement projects in the laboratory to enhance overall quality and workflow
