Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of Quality Analyst experience within a Healthcare process background, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, and be capable of learning process and audit tasks/calls for multiple functions. Applicants should be familiar with auditing US team members and comfortable providing feedback to them, and must have a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and a reliable power backup solution.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Analyst will identify quality trends and performance opportunities, articulate findings, monitor and interpret changes in healthcare process legislation, and support the US team members through auditing and feedback delivery.
