Requirements

  • At least 2 years of BPO QA experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate and/or Undergraduate
  • Must be amendable to work in Mandaluyong/Metro Manila
  • Strong resilience and coping skills (due to exposure to potentially objectionable and sensitive content)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Quality leaders to aggregate, prioritize, and report on the top issues impacting decision accuracy for each market and workflow
  • Support every aspect of internal audit quality from audit planning, implementation, feedback and re-audit as required
  • Complete all audits in the required timeframe and provide timely and usable feedback to agents to drive improved performance
  • Collaborate with relevant Team Lead and Quality Lead for performance enhancement of the team
  • Proactively identify areas of the policies/operational guidelines requiring training and working with training partners ensure gaps are filled within given time frame
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about the Client's products and community standards
  • Ensure awareness and understanding of Content Policy and operational guideline updates
  • Mentor new Quality Analysts on the use of audit tools and systems
  • Develop process documentation and aggregates feedback about the functionality of audit tools
  • Analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigate, escalate and/or resolve issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system
