Responsibilities

  • Execute low to medium complexity quality control tasks under supervision
  • Ensure accurate setting of QC Ratings as a quality benchmark and foundation for further analysis
  • Maintain compliance with global quality standards as defined by the MI OPS framework
  • Identify and report quality issues, inconsistencies, or process gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
