Requirements

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
Ability to work in Cold Room/Freezers (-22°F/-6°C), Office, and Warehouse environments
Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form
Ability to pay attention to detail and follow up
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and planning/organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new computer systems quickly
Preferred proficiency in 21 CFR Parts 11, 210, 211, and 820, as well as ICH 7 and 8

Responsibilities

Work with operations staff to identify and resolve all issues that may result in a non-conformance or atypical event
Assist in training technicians in proper procedural and protocol adherence and data collection
Ensure facility compliance to cGMP requirements and FBS quality systems and SOPs
Collect, trend, and analyze Quality Control Data
Maintain the QC Work Logs
