Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related field
  • Experience in a cGMP environment
  • Ability to follow established guidelines
  • Proven documentation, communication, and digital literacy skills
  • High ethical standards (will not compromise quality requirements)
  • Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene
  • Ability to infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to stand and move about, including reaching, bending, stooping, and grasping

Responsibilities

  • Performing a range of tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards
  • Collecting and analyzing data from quality control to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality assurance documentation, including test records, inspection reports, and other relevant documentation
  • Working closely with other team members, such as quality engineers, production personnel, and supervisors, to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Supporting the team in achieving daily production schedules and product quality goals
