Requirements

  • Ability to continuously stand for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)
  • Full-time availability

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the labeling department operations to ensure compliance with standard procedures
  • Based on supplier information and data, and sampling regulations, control products on production lines
  • Control cleaning and clearing of production lines before starting new products
  • Control the implementation of required forms: Job instructions, Labeling request forms, etc
  • Randomly check product quality on production lines to promptly detect non-conformities in the labeling process
  • Supervise the labeling process: Correct product, batch, expiration date on the line compared to the Labeling request form
  • Ensure label position on products complies with regulations, and correct quantity of stickers/labels per labeling guidelines
  • Verify product specifications: Product model and type of sticker on milk cans
  • Control pallet stacking (product information facing outward, pallet standards, etc.) and ensure labels reflect product status accurately
  • Control, classify, and transfer defective products to warehouse daily
  • Immediately report non-conformities to QA, QA Department Head, VAS Department Head
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the department head
  • Propose issues related to professional work to save costs, improve efficiency, and satisfy customers
  • Apply immediate measures to prevent and stop incidents that could cause serious consequences harming the company's interests
  • Directly contact team leaders and require VAS employees to follow work procedures and correct deviations (if any)
