Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for quality and testing-related matters for cross-functional (multidisciplinary) teams (1-2 teams)
  • Collaborate with the test strategy, test design, test execution, defect analysis/root cause investigation, test reporting, and continuous improvement of the bug lifecycle process
  • Promote good QA practices, including agile testing, test automation, and risk-based testing
  • Identify and communicate risks that may impact other teams in relation to the overall quality of products
  • Coordinate with other teams and outsourced QA teams at King during the integration and testing of key features
  • Participate in QA craft initiatives
