Requirements

4–6 years of hands-on experience in Python development and related frameworks (Flask/Django)
Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend services
Familiarity with GitHub for version control
Exposure to C# is a plus
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related area
Nice to Have: Exposure to Machine Learning or AI concepts

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and frameworks such as Flask or Django
Participate in the design and implementation of Forms Intelligence Processing, including: Forms model building, Post-processing, Notification email maintenance, System maintenance and troubleshooting, Enhancements and development of new data types
Collaborate with global engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
Ensure robust API development and integration using REST endpoints
Maintain code quality through version control systems like GitHub
