  • Definition and continuous adaptation of maintenance plans for PV assets, and monitoring of reliability, efficiency, and Health & Safety
  • Annual Maintenance Plan development
  • Investment planning for the fleet
  • Managing modifications due to new risks, manufacturer changes, and statutory updates
  • Developing policies to extend asset life
  • Drafting technical maintenance instructions
  • Collaborating with the TO in new production plant deployments
  • Defining/updating technology cost models
  • Technology risk management (identification, preventive/corrective measures, verification)
  • Defining retrofits to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency
  • Detecting and developing Opex improvement opportunities
  • Document management and updating of maintenance, configuration, and asset condition
  • Maintaining technical documentation (manuals, instructions)
  • Digitalizing documentation
  • Ensuring traceability of installed components
  • Providing "second level" technical support to Site Managers and regional Operations Engineering
  • Coordinating with Manufacturers' Technologists
  • Defining profiles and qualifications for technical maintenance personnel and training plans
  • Defining training content (internal/external, training pills)
  • Root-cause analysis of incidents
  • Controlling technical problems in production plants using corporate tools
  • Analyzing alarms and defining action plans for improving availability
  • Supervising compliance with grid codes and voltage sags in PV plants
  • Production plant characterization and performance measurement
  • Programming indicators and alarms for performance control
  • Defining IR monitoring criteria and photovoltaic module degradation tests
  • Measuring fouling coefficient and developing cleaning business cases
  • Developing and improving cleaning systems
  • Technological surveillance
  • Inspecting and reporting pendings during construction phase
  • Reviewing and validating critical transfer points (SCADA, performance tests)
  • Supporting Supply Chain and Quality for spare parts and suppliers
