Responsibilities

The PV Coordinator will provide administrative safety support to the Pharmacovigilance department, performing tasks such as filing, photocopying, typing, and reconciliation. They will be involved in projects related to PV safety, assist with audit readiness activities, minute taking, and report reconciliation. The role includes maintaining contact lists, supporting department initiatives, training staff on PV safety processes, assisting with file reviews, coordinating study files, and providing support on PV safety projects. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the file room, assisting with on-site audits, and coordinating distribution of study files via postal services.
