Candidates must be a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon (Lumbar Spine), Pulmonary Disease and Pain Management physician with a preferred West Virginia license and required Worker's Compensation experience. Additional requirements include clinical expertise for reviewing claims, maintaining proper credentialing and state licenses, and utilizing evidence-based criteria for decision-making.
