Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years hands-on software development experience.
- Full Stack Development: Significant experience in full stack software development.
- Technical Skills:
- NodeJS
- Java
- JavaScript (React)
- DevOps and Terraform experience
- Database Knowledge: Knowledge of database internals is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated technical leadership experience (e.g., architect or tech lead).
- API Design: Understanding of modern web applications design architecture, good API design patterns, security, performance, and scale.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact initiatives spanning product areas and the tech stack.
- Promote strong collaboration within cross-functional teams (design, product management).
- Deliver features requiring close coordination with multiple sister teams (data sharing, native applications, billing, and cloud infrastructure).
- Be a strong contributor to the product vision and drive team planning.
- Build for scale and high performance.
