1+ years of prior law enforcement and/or military experience (preferred)
Previous experience working in a similar environment such as casino, convention centers, event and concert venues (preferred)
Willing to work part-time evening schedule, 2-3 days per week, 5:30pm-9:45pm or 10pm as needed

Maintain a positive, welcoming demeanor while delivering superior customer service to clients, visitors, and attendees
Respond to questions and requests from guests by providing accurate information and directions in a courteous manner
Conduct patrols or staff assigned posts as directed by public safety management
Stay knowledgeable about public safety posts, operating procedures, and emergency protocols; execute these as required
Assist with event security and provide a visible deterrent to crime and potential violence
Respond to emergencies, rendering aid and following established safety policies
Maintain situational awareness, reporting suspicious activity and potential threats immediately
Manage assigned equipment (radios, uniforms) and report any lost or damaged items
Document and report all incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies promptly
Respond to alarm activations, including security and fire alarms, and utilize the facility’s surveillance and access control systems
