Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with top quality customer service in a friendly and positive manner
  • Coordinate resort events with Mountain Operations, Facilities, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Public Relations
  • Assist in event-day management, coordinate and oversee event volunteers
  • Daily duties include rolling tables, moving chairs, setting tables, and cleaning facilities
  • Responsible for timely and safe breakdown of meeting rooms after event completion
  • Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success
  • Assist the Events Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and execution of all public events
  • Handle set-up elements prior to events, including adjusting table layouts, moving/adjusting furniture indoor and outdoor, chair set-up and breakdown, and maintaining general cleanliness of event spaces
