Good with hands and able to use tools
Familiarity with quality management systems (advantageous)
Knowledge of statistics and Design of Experiments (appreciated)

Responsibilities

Ensure product quality by monitoring production processes and performing quality control in daily teamwork with production
Handle deviations in production, including assessing compliance with requirement specifications and standards (e.g., construction drawings)
Engage in process optimization using lean manufacturing techniques
Update documentation, including work instructions, logs, etc
Learn to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a project-driven work environment
Participate in planning and execution of tests for design updates, including preparation of protocols and reports
