Requirements
Candidates must possess a doctoral degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field, or a Master’s degree with six years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with eight years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with ten years of experience, or a High School diploma or GED with twelve years of experience, and have completed specific military training courses or participated in the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP). U.S. citizenship and position-appropriate security clearance, such as an Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph, are required.
Responsibilities
As a Protocol Analyst 3, the individual will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on technical data, specifically COMINT/TechSIGINT expertise, and recent HCSO experience, while also being familiar with PKTswing at the bit level. They will utilize Python proficiency, if available, to support analysis and reporting, and contribute to network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and network security analysis. The role involves monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
