NVIDIA, a leader in transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing, is seeking a creative, innovative, and adaptable professional to manage proposals and drive revenue for the NVIDIA Enterprise Proposal Center (NVEPC) within the Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) organization. The NVEPC supports global sales teams and partners with high-value product, service, and solution proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue & Proposal Excellence:
    • Own and manage multiple, simultaneous proposals for NVIDIA’s enterprise solutions, ensuring high quality, compliance, and win potential.
    • Partner with global sales, field teams, and product experts to identify, qualify, and pursue high-impact opportunities.
    • Develop compelling value propositions and win strategies tailored to customer needs and market trends.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Build and coordinate virtual teams across solution architects, engineering, marketing, product management, sales operations, and external partners.
    • Foster collaboration and accountability, ensuring timely and effective proposal delivery.
  • Innovate & Push Boundaries:
    • Champion the adoption of AI and advanced tools to automate and enhance proposal workflows.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, setting new standards for efficiency and impact.
  • Build Relationships & Strategic Partnerships:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Support channel ecosystem growth and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Measure Success:
    • Track and report on proposal outcomes, revenue impact, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading University. Master’s degree and/or MBA is desirable.
  • 7+ years of Proposal Center management experience.
  • 5+ years of professional sales/management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Business and technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services (industry knowledge is an asset).
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, negotiation tactics, sales opportunity reviews, and value differentiators.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with Business Unit product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment with company roadmap.
