  • ConnectOS is seeking a Property Admin Specialist to support their client, a leading brand in the building and architectural industry. This role involves managing property-related tasks, coordinating with tenants and landlords, and contributing to digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience as a Property Admin Specialist.
  • Software Proficiency:
    • PropertyMe or similar property management software.
    • Airtable or other database management tools.
    • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Calendar.
  • Other Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience creating or designing content for social media postings using Adobe Suite.
    • Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
    • Experience working with an Australian client is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Property Management:
    • Process Form 6.
    • Prepare Lease Agreements and Lease Renewals.
    • Manage Communication related to Jobs/Repairs Requests.
    • Manage Job/Repairs Requests – Tenants and Landlords.
    • Handle Change of Tenancy (Communication).
    • Prepare Entry Notices.
    • Respond to Rental References.
  • Sales & Marketing:
    • Match buyers with properties owned in the area – link them in CRM.
    • Create/Design Social Media tiles, newsletters, and sales proposals.
    • Digital Marketing for Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Other:
    • Attend open homes and gather buyer data.
    • Send thank you emails after open homes.
    • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
