Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed client expectations in service, quality, and cost efficiency
Develop and grow relationships with clients, colleagues, and resources while achieving/exceeding margins through creative, technical, and business solutions
Ensure project profitability, quality, and on-time delivery within agreed timeframes
Report to Senior Production Manager and partner with Portfolio Directors, Senior PMs, and peers for successful client deliverables (on time, on budget, first time right)
Work on projects based on workload and team needs
Estimate and plan projects from start to finish with contingencies
Collaborate with Senior Production Manager and global team to document and update project workflows and technical processes
Lead project planning, kick-off meetings, and ongoing meetings as needed
Work with Solutions Team, Senior PM, and clients to understand project scope and requirements
Advise clients on best practices and agree on processes and timelines
Monitor and coordinate project processes and collaborate with relevant teams
Align with Global Resource Management on resourcing to meet project goals and margins
Oversee project schedules and ensure all parties deliver per schedule and standards
Continuously manage and adapt work plans and resources with client and global team consultation
Work with stakeholders to determine optimal workflows and processes
Follow project development daily through efficient client communication, handling issues, changes, and deadlines
Liaise with external vendors and internal resources, integrating them into the localization process
Maintain open dialogue with other PMs and global team members
Make independent decisions on project work methods, liaising with teams and following standards
