Responsibilities

  • Oversee and complete commercial and industrial electrical projects
  • Manage and provide training for all site personnel
  • Monitor resources and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through direct communication with the owner and general contractor
  • Ensure quality control
  • Understand project schedules and deadlines
  • Support team members to resolve problems and project shortfalls
  • Support and oversee subcontractors
  • Work capably with various trades
  • Organize labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor requirements
  • Regularly review project performance and implement corrective measures
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and products are appropriate and accurate
  • Conduct weekly site visits
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, designs, and requirements
  • Attend weekly project meetings
  • Maintain safe work conditions
