Responsibilities

Oversee and complete commercial and industrial electrical projects
Manage and provide training for all site personnel
Monitor resources and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Ensure customer satisfaction through direct communication with the owner and general contractor
Ensure quality control
Understand project schedules and deadlines
Support team members to resolve problems and project shortfalls
Support and oversee subcontractors
Work capably with various trades
Organize labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor requirements
Regularly review project performance and implement corrective measures
Ensure materials, equipment, and products are appropriate and accurate
Conduct weekly site visits
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, designs, and requirements
Attend weekly project meetings
Maintain safe work conditions
