Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the smooth technical transfer in connection with bringing new products to the manufacturing site
  • Coordinate professional teams of operational staff and scientists through design transfer and product lifecycle management
  • Serve as a knowledge leader supporting the Warrington Technical Operations team
  • Challenge the status quo, driving continuous improvement to optimise efficiency and align operations with evolving business needs
  • Assess workloads and priorities, implementing them in alignment with business goals
  • Resolve operational problems swiftly to minimise delays, advancing issues to relevant on-site and off-site partners when necessary
  • Write and review new product documentation, incorporating QA and manufacturing input, such as SOPs, Risk Assessments, and spreadsheet validation
  • Coordinate validation/verification processes, risk assessments, and other departmental change control activities
  • Ensure that new products, site-to-site transfers, and sustaining projects adhere closely to site Quality Manual Systems and regulatory requirements
  • Support and align with safety standards and the hazardous waste management program, including safe hazardous waste handling and maintaining good housekeeping
