Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year technical program and have at least 5 years of experience in the steel fabrication industry. A strong understanding of AISC, AWS, ASTM, and OSHA requirements is necessary, along with effective communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is also required, as is the ability to apply basic geometry and trigonometry concepts and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will manage customer projects, coordinate with internal departments, and provide operational guidance for bridge product production from sale to closeout. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, reviewing project schedules and specifications, processing purchase orders and contracts, and managing communications and records. The role involves researching and writing change orders, processing back charges, resolving claims, attending job site meetings, and preparing reports.
