Requirements
Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in provider credentialing and/or payor enrollment, along with experience in healthcare program/project management. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a self-starter mindset are essential. Experience working in a fast-growing startup is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager will coordinate and track transformation and operational work to strengthen and modernize credentialing and enrollment operations, driving initiatives for effective scaling. They will project manage cross-functional initiatives, maintain a tracker for transformation initiatives and OKR progress, and partner with teams to document processes and build playbooks. Responsibilities also include supporting post-decision execution on major projects, capturing lessons learned, and collaborating with BizOps to ensure reporting metrics are up-to-date.
