Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) project management, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Demonstrated skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations and deadlines are also required.
As a Project Manager, you will interface with PMA clients and project teams through a successful process of strategic real estate planning, design and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement buildouts, and facilities assignments, and you will review and evaluate qualitative program aspects with the owner and verify program conformance with project goals. You will also establish partnerships and serve as a liaison between the client and design and construction professionals, initiate and manage the procurement of design, construction, and consultant services, draft, review, communicate, negotiate, and enforce contractual documents, consistently direct and monitor project budget and schedule, create meaningful analysis of budgets and schedules, oversee the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents, and effectively establish, direct, and monitor the project's overall progress.
