Requirements

Interest in architecture and medical equipment
Possession of a standard automobile driver's license
Construction management qualification (preferred)
Interest in project management
PMP certification (preferred)
Experience in installing large medical equipment (preferred)
English reading and writing skills (required due to English manuals and training)
AutoCAD experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform project management from order receipt to sales completion
Achieve customer satisfaction through projects
Ensure installation quality of medical equipment
Create optimal siting plans for product installation (routes, installation judgment, environmental preparation, etc.)
Create and revise layout drawings according to customer requests
Evaluate contractors/installers as needed and implement corrective actions if necessary
Review estimates for installation work
Prepare necessary application documents for customers
Comply with construction industry laws and regulations
Promote safe operations and participate in EHS activities
Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, efficiency/optimization, and proposals
Resolve installation issues at existing sites
Contribute to team improvement through sharing information (know-how, etc.)
Manage DMS (daily management including Taskray updates, drawings, delivery plans, COC, etc.)
Comply with EHS
