Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare the Project Quality Management Plan for clients
  • Coordinate and lead internal Project Inspection Plan meetings with the project management team
  • Create Inspection Data Sheets (IDS) for key equipment purchases, including rotating machinery, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, modules, valves, piping materials, and instruments
  • Review suppliers' Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and organize pre-inspection meetings with suppliers
  • Oversee inspection activities at supplier workshops according to the ITP, coordinating with E&C branch and inspection agency
  • Address and manage nonconformities identified during manufacturing at supplier workshops, including corrective actions, verification, root cause analysis, and preventive measures
  • Evaluate supplier test reports and submit them to clients
  • For imported equipment from overseas suppliers, review necessary supplier technical and quality documents
  • Prepare and submit applications to Kouatsu Gas Hoan Kyokai (KHK) in compliance with Japanese High Pressure Gas Safety Law and related inspection regulations, and handle related government agency correspondence
  • Participate in quality management activities during the mechanical final inspection by local government at job sites
  • Provide regulatory advice and cost estimates for new project proposals
  • Assist in supplier quality improvement initiatives
  • Support supplier qualification audits
  • Drive continuous improvement of the quality system
