Responsibilities

  • Design technical solutions for approximately 200 projects annually, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards
  • Create wire diagrams and approve CAD drawings to communicate product configurations and scope intentions
  • Resolve design, operability, and regulatory issues to ensure successful installation and inspection compliance
  • Serve as a technical resource for customers and field personnel, providing training and guidance as needed
  • Provide install support remotely or on-site, including configuration and super-user training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in demonstrations to support business objectives
