Requirements

Minimum of 5-8 years of environmental graphic design, wayfinding, and placemaking experience preferred
Experience with concept through construction administration phases of work
Strong presentation skills to communicate strategies and solutions
Project management, time management and organizational skills to lead and service multiple, concurrent projects
Expertise in code research and requirements related to signage, wayfinding and environmental graphic elements
Expertise in Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD Tools)
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or other 3D modeling
Familiarity with fabrication, installation techniques, materials and construction specifications required
Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering plans
Ability to plan and execute project work plans, including scope definition, project strategy, deliverables, and staffing resources
Experience working on projects involving multiple disciplines
Critical thinking, strategic thinking, and self-motivation

Responsibilities

Research and strategy development for environmental graphics, wayfinding, and placemaking solutions
Concept development and design options for corporate office, healthcare, retail, industrial, and multifamily projects
Design documentation and preparation of production-ready art files for fabrication
Request for Proposal (RFP) development and coordination
Bid review and evaluation
Shop drawings, print proofs, and/or samples preparation
Lead implementation phase coordination and project close-out activities
Project lead planning, scheduling, and coordination
Financial management and budget reporting
Review of project budget reports, pre-billing reports, and invoices
Concept through construction administration phase project management
Communication of project strategies and solutions through presentation skills
Coordination of multiple projects and tasks as a project lead
