Responsibilities

Monitor project progress from inception through completion
Anticipate, identify, and work with the project team to resolve project issues
Analyze cost variances and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations to project managers
Proactively communicate concerns or issues to project management and accounting management
Process and review subcontractor work orders and pay applications for compliance with respective Master Service Agreements
Enter project costs for labor, consumables, and equipment based on submitted Daily Field Reports
Communicate to field superintendents any issues or discrepancies identified and resolve
Monitor and track project costs, including direct and indirect expenses, labor, and materials to ensure they’re being captured on a timely basis and coded to the appropriate cost code
Ensure all vendor bills, work orders, and purchase orders are being processed timely and accurately; review all for correct payment terms and proper cost coding
Process clients pay applications and invoices according to project specifications and client SOPs
Perform project close-out financial and administrative functions
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and reconciliations related to project costs
