Requirements

  • At a minimum 2 years of experience in construction, homebuilding or real estate development industries
  • Strong professional communicator and organizational skills
  • Permit application and processing knowledge is preferred
  • Experience using office technology suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with reading construction plans
  • Relevant working experience in the land development and site development industries (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and a clear understanding of the bond release process (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Site visits to document the project status
  • Meetings with County personnel
  • Manage and communicate with utility companies
  • Observe construction activities in the field
  • Prepare and deliver bond documents to County and State jurisdictions
  • Utilize computer software to organize project documents
  • Generate digital copy of punch lists and associated plans to send to clients
  • Support Bond Management Director and Senior Project Managers
  • Review construction plans and plats
