Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a finance role (accounting, planning, FP&A, quantitative analysis)
  • Working knowledge of key financial, accounting and business metrics
  • Ability to perform well in a team environment, including sharing information and assisting others to meet monthly deadlines
  • Proficient utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable creating and developing presentations to managers and other stakeholders
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills

Responsibilities

  • Supporting forecasting and Long Range Plan (LRP) processes – Capital and SGA, including reporting materials to be reviewed by management
  • Critically review budget and forecasting data/processes to identify adjustments needed/areas for further investigation
  • Providing ad hoc query responses for management questions
  • Assist with Financial tracking/management for Construction projects (including PO’s, tracking files, etc)
  • Developing and coordinating management reporting packages
  • Interface with multiple stakeholders/groups internally as they relate to reporting a forecast of development projects costs
  • Process non-PO invoices to support Development and Construction projects, including documentation and approval tracking
  • Support Fixed Assets Accounting processes
  • Provide analysis and project management support
