Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification. A minimum of two years of complex project management experience is preferred, including resource allocation against budget, forecasting, and coordination of quantitative and analytical tasks. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a global environment supporting an international team.
The Project and Budget Analyst will administer the daily financial management of studies, review contract and bidding assumptions, perform analysis of budget to actual data, work closely with project leads to update resource forecasts and unit grids, present and resolve issues, assist the project team in identifying risks, prepare estimates for contract modifications, and contribute to the achievement of financial and business objectives through timely monitoring and analysis of budgets and resource data for assigned project portfolios.
