Requirements

  • Send resume and demonstrate passion for video games
  • Be able to work 37.5 hours/week for 4 months starting in January 2026
  • Be eligible to work full-time in Canada (in Québec or Toronto) at the time of application
  • Be able to work in the office in Montréal or Toronto a few days a week

Responsibilities

  • Develop features, either directly for game projects or for backend service teams
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to improve code robustness
  • Work with game engines such as Unreal Engine and/or Unity
  • Developing and improving backend services such as player data management, player connectivity, achievements, and leaderboards (may also be involved)
  • Developing and enhancing core game engine components such as graphics, audio, networking, and tools (may also be involved)
  • Collaborating with designers, animators, artists, and other disciplines to integrate various elements into the game, such as animations, sound components, and visual effects (may also be involved)
