Requirements

  • Enrolled and attending a higher education course (Graduation or Technological - short courses of 2-3 years on average)
  • Course schedule must not conflict with internship hours (including EAD courses)
  • Studying higher education in: Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Accounting, Economics and related fields; Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Control and Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics and related); or courses in Information Technology
  • Expected graduation preferably between December/27 and July/28
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Availability to intern in Brazil units: Piracicaba, Campo Largo, São Paulo, or Curitiba
  • English at intermediate level or above

Responsibilities

  • Exposure to real market situations, developing plans and assisting the company in solving problems
  • Learn and apply methodologies such as Lean, Lean Production, Industry 4.0, Scrum, Six Sigma, and others current in the market
  • Participate in projects in manufacturing, engineering, quality, production, logistics, IT, and other company areas
  • Monitor and support activities in the allocated sector
