Requirements

The Treasury Manager should have experience supporting a Treasurer in cash/liquidity management, foreign currency risk, and interest rate risk management. Experience with equity programs, credit facilities, and debt covenant compliance is required. The role requires the ability to act as a primary backup to the Treasurer and serve as a key link with other stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Familiarity with banking relationships, credit card processors, solution providers, and treasury controls, including fraud prevention measures like Positive Pay, is necessary. Experience with automation initiatives for treasury processes, such as digital payment solutions and cash collection automation, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Treasury Manager will oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure the company meets its financial obligations. They will drive best-in-class cash management practices, maximize returns on idle cash, and act as a key contact with banks and other external parties, coordinating annual relationship reviews. The role involves overseeing bank documentation, administering bank portals and accounts, and reviewing banking products. Responsibilities include ensuring treasury controls and fraud prevention measures are in place for secure payment processing and driving initiatives to automate and improve treasury processes. Additionally, the Treasury Manager will support the management of the company's debt obligations and revolving credit facility, coordinating the preparation and tracking of financial ratios and compliance certificates.
