Responsibilities

  • Works closely with core Team Members and program stakeholders to own and successfully implement projects by overseeing, planning, managing, and tracking progress
  • High-level external relationship management and acts as customer liaison during delivery of solutions
  • Strategically focused on customer satisfaction, maintaining customer communication, and overall management of customer relationships
  • Masterminds, outlines, and drives programs to completion
  • Vendor management, budget management, risk identification and mitigation, program status reporting, escalations, and project schedule management
  • Acts as a liaison between the project team and upper-level management
  • Prepares and presents progress reports to the customer
  • Works directly with customers to ensure deliverables fall within scope and timeline
  • Engages the Account Team as needed to fulfill unforeseen customer needs
  • Provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership and management support of programs
  • Builds relationships with teams, providing servant action-oriented leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and effective facilitation for high-performance, cross-functional teams
  • Analyzes complex business problems to provide appropriate solutions; implements solutions leveraging technology for strategic business objectives
  • Assesses, manages, and resolves risk to the overall Program, impacts, potential alternatives, and escalates as required
  • Sets Program objectives and establishes clear measures for deliverables, budgets, and timelines; utilizes change control process
  • Defines Program's Key Performance Indicators (KPI), training, process standards, policies, and procedures
  • Responsible for revenue for the team and strategic alignment of Program to business unit objectives
  • Manages implementation of Scope of Work as the customer’s trusted point of contact – operating as an owner’s representative
  • Hires and manages vendors/contractors
  • Budget Management, including change orders, vendor invoicing approval, contingency/allowance management, and margin preservation
  • Ensures quality construction standards and safety
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates activities of other personnel
  • Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce program reporting
  • Delegates program tasks based on program members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
  • Manages programs across multiple delivery streams and across multiple complex non-standard product solutions
