Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Business preferred) or in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Advanced degree, MBA or MS preferred
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak and write persuasively
Experience working with cross-functional teams; ability to develop and maintain internal and external trusting, professional relationships
Excellent computer skills including process/quality improvement tools, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 lbs.), bend, etc.; hand and wrist dexterity to utilize the computer
May require travel to sites/program and special functions

Responsibilities

Oversee the development, implementation, and management of program controls to ensure effective execution of projects while adhering to quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and executive management to establish and maintain comprehensive program control systems that enhance visibility and accountability
Evaluate and mitigate risks, optimize resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Lead the facilitation of performance reviews and deliverables, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve processes and drive successful project outcomes
Provide effective leadership and proven expertise to execute program scopes of work that deliver meaningful results on time and within budget
Understand and identify key business issues from multi-disciplinary perspectives
Conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses using strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Communicate effectively (oral and written) and build interpersonal relationships with internal customers and external stakeholders
Gather data, compile information, keep accurate records, and prepare reports
Manage teams efficiently, resolve conflicting situations, keep complex projects on schedule and within budget, take initiative, trouble-shoot, and pay close attention to detail
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse populations
Perform other duties as assigned
