Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project/Program Management experience with technical understanding of software development processes
  • Experience with enterprise client management and SaaS solution implementation (Waterfall/Agile)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments
  • PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables
  • Drive consistent delivery against technical scope, ensuring alignment with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
  • Track project progress, including percentage complete, Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), dependencies, and deliverable status
  • Manage project scope and raise change requests when deviations occur
  • Establish a collaboration framework with each client to guide engagement delivery, solution design, deployment, and adoption
  • Manage stakeholders of varying seniority, including executive-level participants
  • Lead regular project status calls, provide clear communication internally and externally, and ensure expectations are consistently set
  • Create and execute communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed
  • Identify potential project risks early and create contingency plans
  • Log project issues, track resolution status, and communicate outcomes with stakeholders
  • Proactively mitigate blockers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive experience across the implementation lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to maximize value for the client and collaborate with internal teams on follow-up actions
  • Serve as a trusted partner, guiding enterprise organizations toward successful adoption and operational readiness
