Requirements

Sicherheit in der Fertigung: Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit in der Produktion; Fähigkeit, Gefahren zu erkennen und Maßnahmen zur Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Sicherheits- und Schutzanforderungen für Mitarbeiter, Umwelt und Standort umzusetzen
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und abgeschlossene Meisterschule oder Technikerweiterbildung oder abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Responsibilities

Überwachung und Verbesserung der Sicherheit im Fertigungsbereich, Identifizierung von Risiken und konsequente Beseitigung unsicherer Prozesse
Übernahme der vollen Verantwortung für die Qualität innerhalb des zugewiesenen Wertstroms
Durchführung von Feedback-Schleifen und Vorantreiben von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Ursachenbeseitigung
Verbesserung der Prozesse im Bereich Prüfstand und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei Problemen, die in direktem Zusammenhang mit der Motorenprüfung stehen
Leitung der Built-in-Quality-Maßnahmen (BIQ) für den Bereich Prüfstand
Sicherstellung der strikten Einhaltung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen und des Produktionssystem, um Qualitätsanforderungen und Produktionspläne zu erfüllen
Aufbau und Entwicklung eines Produktionsteams mit bis zu 15 Mitarbeitenden
Mitarbeiterführung mit hohen Standards und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Durchführung von vorbeugenden Wartungsarbeiten
Organisation und teilweise Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen für Teammitglieder
Initiierung und Durchführung von Kommunikations- und Prozessverbesserungsgespräche mit anderen Teamleads und Mitarbeitenden
Leitung der Statusmeetings der Abteilung und Überwachung bzw. Prüfung der Produktionskennzahlen
