Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in scheduling, project management, engineering, or coordination within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in an ERP/MRP system (e.g., NetSuite, ION, Manufacturo, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Collaborate across production, engineering, and supply chain functions

Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed daily, weekly, and long-range production schedules for capacitor manufacturing
  • Oversee cross organization communication and understanding of schedules, and tools for tracking progress toward schedule goals
  • Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to create project schedules (i.e new configuration changes, new process introductions, new product lines, forecasting demand)
  • Collaborate with Production Leaders, Buyers, Engineers, Inspectors, and Material Handlers to align build priorities and resource allocation
  • Create tools for high-detail schedules and proactive identification of production/supply chain risks
  • Monitor work order progress, identify schedule risks, and adjust plans to minimize downtime and bottlenecks
  • Manage ERP/MRP data accuracy, including setting MRP demand, determining work order start and completion dates, tracking part availability, and tracking inventory data accuracy
  • Partner with leadership to identify and lead process improvements that improve scheduling accuracy, production flow, and throughput
