Responsibilities

  • Acquire data from suppliers and format it for input into IQVIA systems
  • Perform quality control, data analysis, and data processing as part of daily operations
  • Log and track incoming data in various formats and media types
  • Contact suppliers to follow up on delayed data submissions and verify accuracy
  • Conduct volume checks to ensure data completeness and realism
  • Reformat data to meet standard field lengths, naming conventions, and system requirements
  • Execute data movement through acquisition platforms following SOPs
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting offshore production hubs
  • Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues and answer technical questions
  • May advise on scheduling and oversee day-to-day activities to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
