Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience
Firm grasp of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) and basic to advanced computer skills
Demonstrated record of excellent performance in meeting high standards of quality, quantity, leadership, and dependability (attendance and punctuality)
Well organized with good record-keeping skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve while prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving environment
Prior experience providing supervision or mentorship to lower level production staff
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Experienced in training and onboarding
Ability to provide process improvement recommendations to supervisors
People leadership within a medical manufacturing environment
Comfortable leading standup meetings with team members and speaking to escalations in Tier meetings
Ability to meet physical job requirements, including being independently mobile, interacting with a computer, and communicating with peers and co-workers

Responsibilities

Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor
Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule
Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor
Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem-solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed
Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld
Other duties as assigned
