Candidates should possess advanced Figma skills, including the ability to create wireframes, flows, and clickable prototypes for both mobile and desktop views, and have prior experience working in high-velocity startup environments, ideally 4-6 years in design roles. A bias for action, strong product instincts, and a user-first mindset are also required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate shifting priorities.
The UX/Product Designer will own end-to-end design work for the web app, partnering closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape features from idea to launch, communicating design decisions clearly, and balancing craft and speed to ship quickly and iterate often. They will also embrace ambiguity, change direction without ego, and stay focused on impact while navigating shifting priorities and jumping between projects as needed.
